Terms of Service - Zooli.ai AI Content Creation Platform

Zooli.ai Terms of Service. By using Zooli.ai, you agree to these terms and conditions governing your use of the AI-powered LinkedIn content creation platform.

Account Registration: You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account per person unless you have a team plan. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Acceptable Use: Zooli is designed for professional LinkedIn content creation. You may not use the platform for spam, misleading content, automated bulk posting, impersonation, or any activity that violates LinkedIn's terms of service. Content generated through Zooli should be reviewed and approved by you before publishing. You are responsible for ensuring your published content complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Content Ownership: You retain full ownership of all content you create, including articles, posts, brand voice data, and AI-generated content. AI-generated content becomes yours upon generation with no royalties or attribution required. Zooli does not claim any rights to your content and will not use it for training AI models or share it with third parties.

Subscription Plans: Free, Creator, Pro, and Scale plans are available with different feature sets and usage limits. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Prices may change with 30 days notice. Usage limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused generations do not carry over to the next period.

Free Tier: The free plan provides access to core features with usage limits. Free accounts may be subject to reduced priority during high-demand periods. Free tools (16 LinkedIn tools) are available to all users including non-registered visitors.

Cancellation and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis for technical issues — contact support within 14 days of charge.

Limitation of Liability: Zooli provides content creation tools as-is. We are not responsible for how generated content performs on LinkedIn or other platforms, for LinkedIn algorithm changes that may affect content reach, or for any business decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations.

Changes to Terms: We may update these terms with reasonable notice to registered users via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
