Getting Started with Zooli: Create your free account using email, Google OAuth, or LinkedIn OAuth. No credit card is required. Once logged in, you will see the Dashboard with quick actions to create your first article. Click "New Article" to open the rich text editor, which supports headings (H1, H2, H3), bold, italic, bullet lists, numbered lists, links, and undo/redo. Write or paste your content, then click "Repurpose" to generate LinkedIn posts. Zooli generates 3 post formats simultaneously — The Hook (150-250 characters for scroll-stopping openers), The Value (400-600 characters for numbered carousel lists), and The Story (600-900 characters for personal narratives). Each format is optimized for different engagement patterns on LinkedIn.
VoiceDNA Brand Voice Training: Navigate to VoiceDNA in the sidebar to train Zooli on your unique writing style. Paste 2-3 writing samples (blog posts, LinkedIn posts, or articles you have written). Zooli analyzes your samples across 7 dimensions — Formality, Storytelling, Data Usage, Emotional Tone, Directness, Vocabulary, and Question Usage — to create a voice fingerprint. Once trained, all AI-generated content matches your authentic voice. You can view your voice fingerprint as a radar chart, compare it against competitors, and track how your voice evolves over time on the Evolution Timeline.
Brain Dump Mode: Access Brain Dump from the Repurpose panel by toggling the mode switch. Brain Dump transforms raw, unstructured ideas into polished LinkedIn posts. Choose from 5 templates — Meeting Notes, Book Highlights, Industry News, Personal Experience, or Hot Take — or type freeform notes. Zooli extracts 3-5 content angles, each with emotion tags and format recommendations. Pick an angle, generate posts, then refine using feedback chips (More Personal, Add Data, Shorter, Bolder) or freeform instructions. All sessions are saved for future reference.
Content Calendar and Scheduling: Navigate to the Calendar page to see your scheduled posts in a visual calendar view. Click any day to schedule a new post with date, time, and content. Connect your LinkedIn account to publish posts directly from Zooli. The calendar supports drag-and-drop rescheduling and shows post status (draft, scheduled, published).
Performance Analytics: Track how your LinkedIn posts perform by logging metrics (impressions, likes, comments, reposts, clicks) in the Performance section. The Dashboard shows engagement trends over time, format performance comparisons (Hook vs Value vs Story), tone comparisons (Professional vs Casual vs Inspirational), and your best-performing post. With 5 or more tracked posts, Zooli generates AI-powered recommendations including best posting times, top-performing formats, writing tips, and winning content themes.
Content Remix: Repurpose existing posts by navigating to Content Remix. Paste a previous post or URL, choose a remix action (update statistics, change perspective, expand a point, or condense), and generate a fresh version. Batch Remix lets you update multiple posts at once.
Article Editor Features: The rich text editor includes an AI toolbar with "Improve Text" (enhances clarity, grammar, and style for selected text) and "Continue Writing" (generates the next paragraph based on context). The "Start Writing" button generates a full 1200-1800 word article from your title and brief description using AI streaming. Articles auto-save every 30 seconds.
